Growth had outrun the existing floor plate. Space planning was revised around desk density targets, meeting demand and acoustic separation for technical teams.
Taldot developed the budget, tracked spend line by line, and reported against the approved figure throughout — with change controlled through documented instruction only.
Furniture, acoustic rafts and joinery were procured in staged deliveries so each zone could be released back to the business as it completed.
